Get ready to jingle all the way at the Santa Run & Walk 5K/2K in Crown Point, Lake, on Saturday, December 20th, 2025! Kicking off at 8 AM with sign-ins starting at 7 AM, this festive event is perfect for everyone, whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a stroll with family and friends. Participants can choose between a timed 5K run or a non-timed 2K walk, both set against the beautiful backdrop of Crown Point’s streets. The first 200 registrants will receive finisher medals, and there are exciting race awards for top overall finishers as well as the top 3 in each age group!

But that's not all! After the race, enjoy delightful treats like hot cocoa and Christmas goodies while visiting with Santa himself. The event also supports local food pantries, making it a wonderful way to give back to the community. Registration is affordable at $30 for the timed 5K and $25 for the non-timed 2K and kids aged 3-12. Don’t forget about the optional event T-shirts, available for $16 through December 8th.
