Join us for the festive Santa's 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, December 12, 2026, in beautiful Salisbury, Rowan! This exciting event features a scenic 3.1-mile course that winds through the picturesque West Rowan area, welcoming both competitive and recreational runners, as well as walkers of all ages. With a focus on community and charity, all proceeds will support Rowan Helping Ministries, a dedicated organization assisting the economically disadvantaged. Participants can also contribute by bringing canned goods and used running shoes for donation.
The day kicks off with registration and check-in at 7:30 a.m., followed by the main 5K race at 9:00 a.m. and a fun 1/2 Mile Fun Run at 9:45 a.m. Early registration is just $30 until December 11, with race day pricing at $35 for the 5K and $10 for the Fun Run. All participants will enjoy a light breakfast after the race, and the first 150 5K runners will receive a stylish long-sleeve technical t-shirt. Celebrate the spirit of giving and get ready for a day filled with fun, fitness, and community spirit!

*Canned goods and used running shoes will be collected at the race. Donated items will be dispersed by Rowan Helping Ministries after the race.

DIRECTIONS - The Millbridge Ruritan Building is on Sloan Road, just off Highway 150 midway between Salisbury and Mooresville. Just follow the signs for Sloan Park near the Millbridge Community crossroads. Turn left on Sloan coming from Mooresville and right on Sloan coming from Salisbury. The Ruritan Building is on the right less than a half mile from Hwy. 150, and is directly across from Sloan Park.
