Join us on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 8am for the STEPPING UP AWARENESS 5K RUN/WALK at San Antonio State Hospital's beautiful grounds, featuring stunning views of the hospital and the Tower of the Americas. This professionally timed race welcomes dogs on leashes and baby strollers, with opportunities for volunteer groups to cheer participants!
