The day will be filled with engaging activities, including a costume contest, a special Kids Dash, and multiple waves for the 5K race starting at 9:00 AM. With different pace categories, everyone can find their place in the race! Plus, if you create a team of five or more, you’ll receive a $5 refund after your first registration. Don't miss out on the pre-race packet pickups on October 2nd and 3rd at Kraken Community Iceplex, and for those who prefer to participate virtually, registrations are open until September 25th. Organiser's Description
The Seattle Kraken 5K presented by Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) will take place Saturday October 4th at Green Lake Park in Seattle. Proceeds from the event benefit the Kraken Hockey Fights Cancer Fund. This 5K fun run/walk will help kick off the start of the 2025 2026 Seattle Kraken Season. Everett Fitzhugh will host the festivities which will feature members of our broadcast team, Buoy, and other Kraken special guests. Participants will enjoy a unique Seattle Kraken race event and it is designed for everyone to enjoy. Whether you run or walk, join us and show your support for the Seattle Kraken and the Kraken Hockey Fights Cancer Fund!
