LT Fitness & Performance LLC
Mission: LT Fitness & Performance LLC is an enrichment program for all fitness levels, focusing on youth development through integrated fitness. Traditional running games, physical activities, and drills are transformed into powerful learning lessons. Our goal for the camp is to create a program where kids feel empowered and self-confident in all aspects of their lives. We will work on cultivating the kids' self-love and building their self-esteem through running and fitness, empowering youth by fostering confidence. We encourage a positive mindset and an active attitude.
The Self Love Running Camp is a five-week program that runs on Sundays in the Spring, Summer, and Fall, catering to children aged 4 to 10 years old. Each week, participants engage in age-appropriate racing events.
Week 1: Positive Words- How we talk about ourselves defines who we are
Week 2: Positive Thoughts- We are what we think we are
Week 3: Aggressive Goals- We dare to believe anything is possible
Week 4: Teamwork- We can do together what we can't do alone.
