Organiser's Description
This year celebrates our 10th Annual Shamrock 5K Run/Walk Fueled by Coal Road CrossFit. The race will begin with Lil' Leprechaun 650-meter run at 8:00 am and will be followed by the 5K Run/Walk through the scenic streets of Bel Alton, MD. Awards will be given for top qualifiers in each age group. Participants will receive a t-shirt if registered by 2/28 and all will receive a post-race buffet ticket at Ape Hanger Bar & Grill. An award will be given for the best St. Patricks' Day costume. The early bird race registration fee is $40 and will increase to $45 on 1/1/2025.
The beneficiary of this year's race is WHEN I'M BETTER FOUNDATION. Their Mission is to fund cutting edge research and clinical trials that will lead to a cure for DIPG/DMG, while also advocating for those children battling and their families. They want to see these children fulfill their potential and dreams so that the statement, When Im Better is a reality.
