******** Please note, bibs and chips are only available on race day at the race site beginning at 12:00 PM.  Also - for those who registered by the T-shirt deadline of 02.22.24 - you can pick up your T-shirt and swag bag at early packet pick-up or the day of the race.  Registrants who registered after that date will have T-shirts available on a 1st come 1st served basis at early packet pickup or the day of the race. 
 
What to expect:Prior to the race:Paperless registration
Dynamic bib assignment - If youve pre-registered, or after youve registered onsite, simply proceed straight to the Check In area to receive your bib.
During the race:Chip Start/FinishInstant SMS results - You will receive a text of your preliminary results as soon as you finish.Automatic photo capture of your finish - photos uploaded to RunSignUp and are free to view/download.Please wear your bib clearly on the front outermost layer of clothes. This way the photo should automatically get mapped to you when I upload them.Finish line video - Youll see a video link under your time on RunSignUp after the video is uploaded (later that evening).
After you finish:Results Kiosk - Scan your tags, or use the touch screen monitor to enter your bib #, and receive a sticker that shows your results. These are great to place on the back of your bib and/or award so that youll always know how you did at the race.Live Scrolling Results - In the Results Kiosk tent there will be a TV showing live scrolling results.Quick Results TV - Near the results kiosk (wherever the Bearded Sergeant Coffee table is at) there will be a TV that you can stand next to and it will automatically display your results. Someone will be there taking photos or we can use your phone to take a photo. Any photos we take using our camera will be uploaded to RunSignUp.Things you should know:All of the instant/quick results listed above are preliminary results. Please let the finish line crew know immediately if anything does not look correct. Official results are what I print and hand to the race director after enough people have come in to claim all of the awards.We are using reusable Shoe/Hip tags. Not only do we believe they perform better, but they also keep the cost down for everyone and the tags dont end up in the landfill.When you receive your bib there will be 2 plastic-looking timing tags hanging off of it. One tag should be placed on each side of your body - either by sliding a tag down the outside shoelace on each shoe, or by using a safety pin and pinning a tag on each side of your shorts.After you finish, feel free to go cooldown or relax, but prior to leaving the event we ask that you carefully detach the tags and return them in the green Results Kiosk dome tent. We will recycle your safety pins if you want to drop them in there too. Keep your bib as a souvenir of course.

Race participants will receive a Shamrock Shuffle Swag Bag with lots of goodies from our sponsors along with a Shamrock Shuffle T-Shirt and this year we will have finisher medals!  Deadline to guarantee a T-shirt in your size is February 24th.   Extra T-shirts will be available on race day on a first come first served basis.   *** Please note that swag bags and t-shirts not picked up at packet pickup or day of race will be available at the Ronald McDonald House for two weeks after the race****  No packets will be mailed. 
We will have beverages (including green beer!), post race snacks, games and music!  The race will be chip timed by Agee Race timing and we will have volunteers along the route to assist and cheer our runners on!
Wear your best St. Patricks Day attire and the best costume will receive a prize!
Race starts at 2:00 PM this year!
