This February, Fleet Feet is teaming up with Saucony to support Black Girls RUN! for the Share The Run Challenge! Its time to move more, boost your mood and build healthy habitson your own terms.

Share The Run is all about moving because it makes you feel amazing. So, grab a friend, set your own goals and create a fitness routine thats as unique as you are. Together, youll hold each other accountable and celebrate your victories, big or small.

Plus, as a community, were raising funds to support Black Girls RUN! Lets inspire each other, prioritize our health and empower one another to create lasting change.

Heres how it works:

* Choose your movement goal for the month of February: 20, 60, or 100 miles
* Walk or run at your own pace, on your own schedule and log your miles in RunSignup by March 1
* Complete the challenge and earn a special offer at Fleet Feet
* Enjoy the endorphins and sense of accomplishment!

Our goal is to motivate as many people as we can to set goals, log miles, and create lasting habits. Join us! Sign up for the Share The Run Challenge, and encourage others while youre at it. Take this challenge on as a solo goal, or create a team with friends.

Registration is FREE! Whether this is your first challenge, or your twentieth, all are welcome to join. The only commitment we ask for, is to the goals you set for yourself.
