With course maps available via QR code on STRAVA and paper copies for your convenience, navigating the event has never been easier. After the run, unwind with light refreshments and networking back at the YWCA, where you can fill your water bottles at the provided cooler. Charity Partner YWCA West Center Michigan is hosting this MeetUp and cannot wait to greet SHE RUNS Grand Rapids participants and those considering participating on Race Day.
Well meet at the YWCA main office for stretching lead by SHE RUNS Team members.
Distances planned are 4 and 2 mile run, or a 1 mile walk OR run option led by the SHE RUNS GR pacing team. Courses will be available via QR code on STRAVA that morning as well as paper copies.
*WE'RE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THAT GU ENERGY WILL BE JOINING US AT THE EVENT! GU WILL BE PROVIDING FREE SAMPLES FOR EVERYONE TO TRY, GIVING YOU THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO FUEL UP BEFORE YOUR BIG RACE.
*THESE SAMPLES WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE FOR THE HALF MARATHON DISTANCE ON RACE DAY
Parking lot and street parking available.
Well finish back at the YWCA for light refreshments and networking. A water cooler will be available pre and post run/walk for you to fill water bottles. Please register now!

Nos reuniremos en la oficina principal de YWCA (25 Sheldon Ave. SE, Grand Rapids 49503) para hacer estiramientos dirigidos por miembros del equipo de Ella Corre antes de salir a las calles.
Las distancias planeadas son de 4 y 2 millas para correr, o una opci'on de caminar o correr de 1 milla, liderada por el equipo de pace de SHE RUNS GR. Los recorridos estar'an disponibles mediante un c'odigo QR en STRAVA esa ma~nana, as'i como copias en papel.
Habr'a estacionamiento disponible en el lote y en la calle. Se enviar'a un mapa antes del evento.
Terminaremos de nuevo en el YWCA para refrescos ligeros y networking. Habr'a un enfriador de agua disponible antes y despu'es de la carrera/caminata para que puedas llenar tus botellas de agua. !Por favor, reg'istrate ahora!
