Get ready for the annual Shinnston Turkey Trot & Gobble Wobble on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in the charming town of Shinnston, Harrison! This festive event offers a fun 3.1-mile loop for runners and walkers alike, starting on the road and finishing on the scenic rail trail. Kick off the morning with the children's Gobble Wobble at 8:50 AM, followed by the main 5K race at 9 AM. Participants can enjoy chip timing courtesy of Pike Street Bikes, and cash prizes will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers—$300 for first place, $200 for second, and $100 for third!

Organiser's Description
This course is a 3.1-mile loop. Runners/Walkers will begin on the road. The race will finish on the rail trail. Bring your family and friends! The children's Gobble Wobble will begin at 8:50, just before the 5K. Chip timing will be provided from Pike Street Bikes!
The Runners and Walkers event starts at 9 AM, and the Kids Gobble Wobble will begin at 8:50 AM.
Runners will receive cash prizes for the top three overall Male and Female finishers:
- 1st Place: $300.00
- 2nd Place: $200.00
- 3rd Place: $100.00

Where will the funds from 2025 go? We are excited to announce the Shinnston Turkey Trot Scholarship!
