Get ready for a day of fun and camaraderie at the Sidekicks Unite! event on Saturday, October 14th, 2023, taking place in Angola, Steuben. This exciting occasion invites everyone to participate in a 5K walk/run or a 1-mile walk, all while celebrating our friendly neighborhood superheroes, particularly those with mental and physical disabilities.

Come dressed as your favorite sidekick or superhero and join in the festivities! Awards will be presented to the top three finishers in each age group, as well as for the best costume. Every participant will have a chance to win a fabulous gift basket through a raffle and will enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast from 8 AM to 12 PM, included with their entry. Packet pick-up starts at 8 AM, and the race kicks off at 9 AM. This wonderful event supports Promise Land Community, which has been serving individuals with disabilities and their families since 1999.
