The 4th annual SMArt Walk/Run is designed to help improve the health and well-being of our community, while increasing awareness about the positive impact of the performing arts. Gather your family and friends for this 5k timed run and casual walk in South Milwaukee's beautiful Grant Park alongside the shores of Lake Michigan. The race will start at 9:00 am. Meet in Grant Park at Soccer Field #4 (near Picnic Area 5). Pick up pre-registration packets or register onsite starting at 8:30. Presented by the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center Council and sponsored by Cousins Subs South Milwaukee, South Milwaukee Fitness Center, Cudahy Dental Associates, Ken Cook Co., Max A. Sass & Sons, South Milwaukee Lions Club, KO Photography, Styled Aesthetics, DBHW Wealth Partners and BWO Insurance. *Event t-shirts are pre-ordered. If you register after May 6, we won’t be able to get a t-shirt for you.

South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center (SMPAC) is a school-affiliated, professionally-managed performing arts center. Our mission is to enrich lives by providing creative, innovative and diverse performing arts, life-long learning experiences and a specialized rental facility for the community. We serve the students and families of our school district while partnering with artists, businesses and organizations to enhance lives and contribute to the local creative economy. We have a dedicated and passionate staff along with a strong corps of volunteers, which includes the SMPAC Council, a 501(c)3 organization.
