Join us for the exhilarating "Soar for 78" event, a celebration of the 78th birthday of the United States Air Force! Taking place from July 25 to August 3, 2025, at Scott Air Force Base in St. Clair, this exciting event features a 5K Challenge that you can participate in both in-person and virtually. The in-person race will kick off at Warrior Park on Friday, August 1st, at 9:00 AM, where participants can enjoy a fun and family-friendly atmosphere filled with music and motivation.

For those who prefer to take part from anywhere, the virtual challenge runs from July 26 to August 3, allowing you to run, walk, or jog your 5K at your convenience—whether in your neighborhood, on a scenic trail, or even on a treadmill! All finishers will receive a commemorative "Soar for 78" event shirt, making this not only a great opportunity to showcase your Air Force pride but also to support the legacy of service mile by mile.
