Help send Eagle Scouts to college! The Soaring Eagles 5K Walk / Run will help raise funds for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Council, Boy Scouts of America's Brian H Swatt Memorial Eagle Scout Scholarship. The Scholarship is awarded annually to two local Eagle Scouts in recognition of their great achievement, and to help them reach even greater heights.
The Scholarship is named for Brian Swatt, a Class of 2017 Eagle and model Scout / citizen. Brian was a friend and mentor to so many, and lived the Eagle Scout code with everything he did. Though his life was tragically cut short, we honor and continue his legacy of leadership and service through this scholarship.
