The 5K course, which spans 3.1 miles along a scenic, paved path, is designed for runners and walkers alike. Registration is available online, with early bird pricing at just $30 until May 15th, ensuring you receive a t-shirt and medal. After May 15th, registration increases to $40, and t-shirts are not guaranteed. Everyone who crosses the finish line will earn a finisher's medal, with awards for the top male and female overall winners and youth participants aged 17 and under. Join us for the 3rd annual SOLES4VETS MEMORIAL 5K RUN/WALK/ROLL. The race will be held on Saturday, May 31st, 2025 at Granger Meadows park in Lansing. All abilities are welcome to participate as we raise funds for our Soles4Vets Program for Veterans who are homeless or in need throughout the Great Lakes States. The race is to Honor those who have served our Country and are no longer with us.
PRICING - $30 until May 15th (t-shirt & Medal guaranteed), $40 from May 16th to May 31st (t-shirts not guaranteed). ONLINE REGISTRATIONS ONLY.
T-SHIRT - All participants will receive a t-shirt, guaranteed with registrations by May 26th. After that t-shirts available as supplies last.
AWARDS - Plaques to Overall winner male and female as well as well as Youth 17 & under

EARLY PACKET PICK UP - Friday, May 30th at the FOOTPRINTS OF MICHIGAN OFFICE 3010 W. SAINT JOSEPH ST. LANSING, MI 48917 from 3PM TO 6:30PM .
RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP will be held at the race location starting at 9:00 AM.
The race will be professionally timed by the MICHIGAN RUNNING FOUNDATION. Results will be live and posted on this website.
