The race starts at 9:50 AM, with registration and packet pickup beginning at 8 AM, ensuring all runners are ready for this exhilarating experience.
Runners can look forward to tech T-shirts, refreshing refreshments, and age and gender grouped awards as part of the fun. Please note that due to parade preparations, parking has changed this year—make sure to park in the teacher's parking lot on the west end of Millennium near the track. Overflow parking will be available at Centennial Middle School, just a short distance away. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to enjoy a spirited community atmosphere while getting active. ON SATURDAY, SEPT 27, 2025, our 5K will _lead the Pumpkinfest Parade down South Lyon's Pontiac Trail through thousands of spectators lining the route_ . Registration, Start, and Finish are at Millennium Middle School at the south end of the track. Registration and packet pick up are near the 9 Mile Road Millennium parking lot/track. Packet pick up begins at 8 AM. Enter the track & field facility via the 9 Mile Road entrance
PLEASE NOTE: Our Half Marathon is back (Sunday, Sept 28, 2025) now that the construction inside Island Lake State Recreation Area is complete. Please check back here for updates. The Half Marathon registration is not active yet.
PLEASE NOTE: The Pumpkinfest Parade changed routes in 2024. As a result, parking has changed for the runners from earlier years. _PLEASE PARK IN THE TEACHER'S PARKING LOT_ on the west end of Millennium near the track. Enter this parking lot from 9 MILE road. Last year's parking is now the staging area for the parade. Overflow parking will be at Centennial Middle School a short distance west of Millennium. Please note! Pontiac Trail will be shut down about 9:30 AM. You may need to get to the race via 9 Mile Road if you are arriving late.
