The sprint triathlon features a refreshing quarter-mile swim in the serene Indian River, followed by a scenic 12-mile bike ride along Rockledge Drive, and capped off with a picturesque 5K run along the stunning Indian River Drive. For those opting for the duathlon, you'll kick off with a 1-mile run, transition to a 12.5-mile bike ride, and finish strong with a 5K run. Celebrate your accomplishment with a grand finish at Cocoa Riverfront Park, where a red carpet welcome awaits! Join us for a day full of camaraderie and competition on Florida’s beautiful Space Coast!
