Join us for the Sixth Annual Spooky 5Kurry event organised by the high school in Lexington, Fayette on Sunday 20th October 2024. This 5K walk/run is dedicated to raising funds for Dance Blue and the Golden Matrix Fund, supporting pediatric cancer research at the Markey Cancer Center. Costumes are encouraged, and prizes will be awarded for top age groups and best costumes. If you can't make it to the event, you can still participate virtually. Lace up your running shoes and join us in the fight against pediatric cancer!
Organiser's Description
Our Sixth Annual Event, is a high school affiliated 5K walk/run to raise money for Dance Blue and the Golden Matrix Fund. This group raises money to fight pediatric cancer in supports the Markey Cancer Center at the UK hospital in Lexington, KY. Costumes are welcome, we will provide prizes for top age races groups as well as costumes. If you prefer to run virtually you can do so as well even though we don't have a virtual option listed online.
