With classes meeting once a week on Wednesdays from 5:45 PM to 7 PM, participants will have the opportunity to develop their skills while making new friends. The program is capped at just 30 registrants, ensuring personalized attention from experienced coaches Kelly Svihovec and Mary Petersen. SPRING 2024 KIDS SPEED & CONDITIONING TRAINING IN APEX is brought to you by TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS.
Class is 8 WEEKS LONG, meeting once per week, and is geared toward KIDS AGED 8-14 YEARS OLD. The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning. Class will be capped at 30 registrants.
COST OF THE CLASS IS $70. (1 HR 15 MIN SESSIONS)
COST INCLUDES: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.
DISCOUNT CODES: Be sure to use your referral discount codes (if you've referred new runners to our training programs, you'll have received an email with a code).
