THE 9TH ANNUAL STAMPONE OBRIEN DILSHEIMER HOLLOWAY LAW WOMENS PHILADELPHIA TRIATHLON IS UNMATCHED IN ENERGY, EXECUTION, AND EXCITMENT. THIS POOL SWIM TRIATHLON WAS 2X NAMED BEST RACE IN THE CITY BY BE WELL PHILLY! THERE IS A DISTANCE FOR EVERY WOMAN TO "TRI."
THE SPRINT: 300meter swim, 9 mile bike, 5k run
THE SUPER SPRINT: 50 meter swim, 4 mile bike, 2 mile run
THE DUATHLON: 1 mile run, 9 mile bike, 5k run
THE AQUABIKE: 300 meter swim, 9 mile bike, DONE!
If any of this seems daunting we have RELAY options for you and your friends. Yes, you and your friends can choose which part of the race to do and you can ALL cross the finish line together!

* All swimming takes place in Historic Kelly Pool...NOT THE Schuylkill River
* The bike portion takes place on picturesque Martin Luther King Dr alond the river and is CLOSED to vehicular traffic.
