Our Step Into Spring Challenge is a fun and motivating way to shake off the winter blues and get moving! This challenge encourages participants to set personal step goals, stay active, and embrace the fresh energy of spring. Whether you're walking, running, or simply moving more each day, it's all about building healthy habits while staying connected with a supportive community. Join us as we step into a new season with energy, motivation, and a little friendly competition! #StepIntoSpring
How It Works:
Week 1: Baseline Week Set a personal daily step goal based on your current activity level.
Week 2: Add 1,000 extra steps per day.
Week 3: Add another 1,000 steps and incorporate at least 2 power walks (brisker pace).
Week 4: Final Push Aim for your highest step count yet, incorporating inclines or longer walks.
Bonus Challenge:
Easter Egg Hunt challenges throughout the month. These will be announced prior to the hunts through our Facebook group
