Organiser's Description
Welcome to the Stissing Triathlon in Pine Plains, New York. 2 hours north of NYC and halfway between the Hudson River and the New York/Connecticut border. You will find plenty of rolling hills and serene landscapes tucked into this historical small town.
Sprint Triathlon & AquaBike:
Swim Course: 750m in the calm waters of Stissing Lake. Paratriathletes are welcomed! A super event for relay teams of 2 or 3.
Participants in the Aqua Bike competition will complete the event after the bike. Finish times are recorded as participants racks their bikes and make it to the Finish Line. There are no relay team entries for the AquaBike.
Bike Course: This hilly, winding course will make you wish you had time to stop and take in the views. Markings on the pavement at each turn as well as lots of signs and helpful volunteers will take you on a 12.6 mile hilly ride.
SAG vehicle on course.
STRAVA BIKE COURSE
Run Course: Complete your race with a 3.3 mile loop around the lake. Fully stocked aid stations at every mile marker on the course with Hammer Nutrition products and more.

Saturday - 12p - 8pm - Packet Pick Up at race site (not mandatory)
Sunday - 8:00am - Sprint Triathlon (Individuals and Relay Teams) & AquaBike

We will be following protocols established by the State of New York and will adhere to whatever the State and County requires us to do as of race date 2023.
RULES:
All races are USAT sanctioned and all rules and regulations apply, and there will be no refunds for this event or bib transfers. Race is held Rain or Shine. It is the participants' responsibility to know the rules for an event sanctioned by USA Triathlon.
There is NO refund for this event. However, with ADVANCE notice, you may defer to another Wilson Endurance Sports event or next year's race. You must speak with Race Administrator, Tonia Wilson, directly via email at [email protected] or 716-353-1288.
