The race will be held on a flat 3.1 miles (5K) course with partial shade during beautiful South Florida December weather. This is a fast course, and we expect we will have many personal records broken! A lead vehicle will record the race leader and broadcast live to Facebook, Instagram and to a giant monitor at the finish line area.
We will have a warm, friendly atmosphere that is welcoming for everyone! Bring your friends, families (including your furry friends) and your co-workers too!

RULES:
* 10 equal shopping cart race 300meters relay (100meters for each runner)
* Shopping cart race is a team race (10men/10women/10 teen)
* The winners will take 3 carts full of food and the other 7 carts left will be donated to the institution shown in the tag on the front of the shopping cart winner.
* Runners must be any competitor who did not go to the podium at the 5K race.
* Only 10 teams, registration is first come first serve.
