Join us for the exciting Summer Solstice 5K & Yoga event on Friday, June 21, 2024, at the beautiful Manchester Park & Ride in Columbus, Muscogee! This vibrant community celebration kicks off at 6:30 PM with the 5K race, where participants of all ages can compete for awards in various categories, including overall, masters, and age groups up to 70+. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event promises an energizing atmosphere. After the race, unwind with a 30-minute yoga session starting at 7:30 PM—just don’t forget to bring your yoga mat!

Registration is open for CRR members at $35 and non-members at $40, with a guaranteed event t-shirt for those who register by June 12, 2024. Packet pick-up takes place at the venue from 4 to 6 PM on race day, and awards will be presented at 8:05 PM.
