The event features a 150-meter swim in the pool, followed by a scenic 5.5-mile bike loop, and finishes with a 1-mile run. This low-stress environment encourages you to do as much or as little as you want while enjoying the thrill of competing in all three disciplines.

Why not participate in a fun event that has you challenge yourself with all three disciplines of a triathlon, and have fun doing it without the pressures of a race.We start in the pool, with a 150 meter swim, then hop out and make your to the bike course which is one 5.5 mile loops. After you are done complete the 1 mile run course.This is a great way to tune up and prep for any distance triathlon. The event is non supported, however we will have a SAG crew out there roaming. Your car is utilized as the transition between bike and run. Learn some new ways to set up your transition area for- should be from. others, or ask a coach to help you wet - should be set....things up. We want to make this a low stress event. You can do as little or as much as you want. Its up to you. Just have fun and be safe!

OCRA is the leading organization in the world fighting ovarian cancer on all fronts while supporting patients and their families.
