The Long Course is designed for hardcore athletes, with 14 dynamic run sections and 13 invigorating swim segments, including everything from short 20-yard swims to daunting 1300-yard lake crossings. Meanwhile, the Short Course invites everyone to join the fun, allowing solo participants to tackle the same fantastic course.
Starting and finishing at the scenic Fonta Flora Whippoorwill Farm, participants will enjoy a vibrant atmosphere complete with food, craft beer, and an epic after-party to celebrate your achievements.
