Get ready for an exhilarating day of fitness and fun at the Sylvan Shuffle on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025! This exciting 5K Run/Walk takes place in the charming town of Amboy, Lee, starting on the track at Amboy High School. Participants will enjoy a scenic route that winds past the Elementary School and the historic Jr. High School, meandering through the beautiful Sports Park before finishing in front of the iconic train depot. This USATF Certified Course is relatively flat, making it perfect for both seasoned runners looking for a personal best and families wanting to enjoy a leisurely walk together. Join us in supporting the Amboy Education Foundation, as all proceeds go towards providing essential resources for teachers and students in the Amboy School District. Organiser's Description
This is a 5K Run/Walk that starts on the track at Amboy High School. It serpentines past the Elementary School, the old Jr. High School through the Sports Park and concludes in front of the historic train depot. This is a USATF Certified Course. The course itself is relatively flat and allows for fast race times. This is one of three events sponsored by the Amboy Education Foundation. Our singular goal is to provide resources to the Amboy School District to aid teachers and students.
