Running from May 1 to May 31, 2025, in the vibrant community of Bethlehem, Northampton, this exciting initiative encourages participants to engage in 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise each week. That’s just 30 minutes of activity, five days a week, whether it’s a walk, run, dance, or gym session. Not only will you improve your physical health, but you'll also boost your mental well-being by connecting with others.

This challenge is more than just a fitness goal; it’s a movement to spark conversations around men's mental health while fostering a supportive community. As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s prioritize our well-being together! Invite a friend to join you for those 30-minute sessions, because every conversation counts. Sign up for this free challenge and help raise awareness for TALK TO YOUR MATES, a non-profit committed to providing resources and support for mental health. Get ready to look up, team up, and open up this May!
