Organiser's Description
We are so excited to have Coach Austin facilitate an Open Water Swim (OWS) Clinic for our team! This clinic will be about an 1-1.5 hour clinic with time to practice skills learned in the open water.
Who is this clinic for:
You have never done an OWS race and want to learn moreYou have done OWS race but not very confident in open waterYou are comfortable with OWS but but you want to develop more open water racing skills
Minimum requirements:
Tulsa Area Triathlete MemberComfortable swimming 400 meters without stoppingHave a swim buoy or will have one by 5/31/24 - Our sponsor RunnersWorld Tulsa has them in stock and you get a discount
We will split into two groups to be able to coach at your OWS swim level. Most likely a beginners group and and advance group to accommodate everyone!
