As spring comes around, it's time to warm up and THAW out at the 2026 THAW 5k organized by Penn State Club Cross Country! This year's race will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026! There will be prizes for the top male and female finishers, and racer swag for all participants. Whether you're chasing a PR this spring season or want to THAW out with a leisurely stroll, this race is for you!

I participated in last year's THAW 5k and was very happy to run a good 5k at Penn State! Penn State Club XC put on a great race, and I am excited to participate again this year!
