Join us for the 20th Annual Karen for a Kause 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk in historic downtown St. Charles, MO. Runners and walkers will enjoy running along the scenic Katy Trail and beautiful Missouri River. Free children's activities including facepainting and visits from Fredbird and Louie from the Blues.
