Participants will enjoy a USATF certified 5K course (#NY17033JG) designed for speed and enjoyment, with water stations along the route to keep everyone hydrated. Special awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers, as well as the first three in various age groups from 14 & under to 70+. With timing and results managed by Leone Timing, runners can focus on their performance and have a blast with family and friends. AWARDS CEREMONY WILL FOLLOW AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE RACE.
COURSE: Scenic, fast and flat paved routes which follow along Oneida Lake. The courses are USATF certified (5k: #NY17033JG) [https://www.certifiedroadraces.com/certificate/?type=l&id=NY17033JG], and water is provided at various spots.
