This 5K training program will be geared towards new runners who do not know where to begin and those who have began their running journey, but are looking for a little extra guidance to help them with their goals!
- Dates of Duration: April 15th-June 8th, ending with a celebratory 5K for Global Running Day
- Length of program: 8 weeks long
- When & where do we meet at: Mondays at 6:00pm at Riley Track for a speed workout & on Wednesday mornings at 6:00am at the Fleet Feet store for an easy run.
