Join us for the 9th Annual Blue Move on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in the vibrant heart of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha! This exciting event features both a 5K and a 1-mile race, aimed at supporting the fight against colorectal cancer. Runners will embark on a scenic out-and-back course along a designated paved trail that meanders beside the picturesque Big Sioux River. Every half mile, participants will learn essential facts about colorectal cancer, culminating in a fun finish through a large inflatable colon!
This year, the Blue Move promises to be a memorable experience for everyone, with children aged 10 and under participating for free! The first 100 registrants will receive exclusive T-shirts and swag bags, so be sure to sign up early. Dogs on leashes and strollers are welcome, making this a family-friendly event. Plus, there are exciting awards up for grabs, including top male and female runners, youth categories, and fun prizes for the most blue participant and the first registrant.
