This vibrant community event will take place at the scenic Etowah River Park in Canton, Georgia, and is perfect for runners of all ages and skill levels. Participants can choose between the competitive 5K race or join in the 1 Mile Fun Run, making it a perfect family outing.
This year, the Cherokee Chase is proud to be an official Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race Qualifier, so don’t miss your chance to secure your qualifying time! Race day festivities kick off bright and early, with registration and packet pickup from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM, followed by the 5K at 8:00 AM and the Fun Run at 9:00 AM. Plus, every 5K registrant will have a shot at winning one of several exciting raffle prizes generously donated by local vendors. Join us for a day filled with bounce houses, vendors, and a chance to support the athletic department at Cherokee Christian Schools while enjoying the beautiful outdoors!

Organiser's Description
The 3rd annual Cherokee Chase presented by Cherokee Christian Schools, is a 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run held at Etowah River Park in Canton, GA. This year we are excited to be an Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race Qualifier! We are hoping to have you join us on racer day!
Proceeds from the race will go towards the athletic department at Cherokee Christian to assists our student athletes. The funds we raise will also go to our Galatians 6:2 Fund, which is our tuition assistance fund that supports families in need at our school.
Don't forget if register for the 5K will be entered to win one of our 5 raffle prizes which are provided by local vendors. So come out and enjoy bounce houses, vendors, and a fun family day in the sun!
