The Crozet Volunteer Fire Dept. (CVFD) has proudly served the Crozet and surrounding community since 1910. CVFD is a hybrid station comprised of approximately 45 operational volunteer members and a crew of Albemarle County career firefighters. Our volunteers respond to over 1,000 calls annually, covering an area over 147 square miles.

We will start the day with a fun 1/4 mile DASH for kids! It will start and finish at the CVFD firehouse. The 5K race will follow dash and there will be a chance to tour the firehouse, participate in some fun activities and enjoy a big pancake breakfast! -

Start and finish at the CVFD Firehouse for a total of 3.1miles. This race will follow the Kids Fun 1/4 Mile Run so you can watch your children run and then get to it yourself! Following the race you can enjoy a pancake breakfast. If you register for the 5K, the breakfast is included in your registration fee. *There are a race is not officially timed -

OPENS 14 MARThe firefighters and volunteers will be cooking and serving a pancake breakfast that is included in the race registration fee. If you do not register for the Fun Run or 5K, you can still enjoy breakfast and we welcome your donations in support of that.
