Whether you're a seasoned runner or looking for a way to stay active, this challenge is all about consistency, determination, and building a routine.
To complete the streak, participants must run, ride, lift or swim AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK FOR THE ENTIRE SEVEN WEEKS. Its not about speed or distanceits about showing up and putting in the work, no matter the weather.
