Organiser's Description
The Great Hill Challenge is a kid-friendly obstacle course for kids ages 4 - 18 at Newtown Battlefield State Park. This race was specifically created for younger athletes to honor the Iroquois Nation, who were known as the Haudenosaunee, People of the Longhouse. Parents can and are encouraged to run with the athletes (especially if they are under the age of 8); however, please refrain from completing the obstacles.
This year we will have 1 course with age appropriate obstacles. The event will start at pavilion 5, by the monument. *The race is not professionally timed*
