Event summary
Participants in the Sprint Triathlon will tackle a 300-yard swim in the park's serene marina, followed by a scenic 14-mile bike ride, and conclude with a mostly flat 5K run through the picturesque greenways and campground. For those up for a greater challenge, the Olympic Triathlon offers a larger swim course, a stunning 21-mile bike ride, and a 10K run that consists of two loops through the scenic course. Join us for a day of camaraderie, competition, and the spirit of endurance in the heart of Kingsport!

YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR A SPRINT OR OLYMPIC TRIATHLON OR AQUABIKE!
THE SPRINT TRIATHLON FEATURES A 300 YARD SWIM IN THE MARINA AREA OF THE STATE PARK, FOLLOWED BY A SCENIC 14 MILE BIKE RIDE AND A MOSTLY FLAT 5K THROUGH THE GREENWAYS AND CAMPGROUND AT THE PARK.
THE OLYMPIC WILL HAVE A BIGGER SWIM COURSE, A SCENIC 21 MILE BIKE RIDE, FOLLOWED BY TWO LOOPS OF THE 5K COURSE FOR A 10K!
