NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A VALID STATE-ISSUED ID (DRIVER'S LICENSE) TO RECEIVE AN AGE 21+ WRISTBAND IN THE POST-RACE HOSPITALITY TENT. THE 21+ WRISTBAND IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE AGE 21+ BEVERAGES.

NOTE: 5K Participants should be checked in with bib number in hand by 5:00 pm. There will be a short walk to the start line on the track (Turn 10) from the registration area. Please plan for ample time to arrive at Barber Motorsports Park in Lot E. ALL 5K Participants must check in Friday at the Registration tent to sign a waiver, and be provided a wristband to run on the racetrack on Friday. Water Stop Stations:
Water stop locations will be at the start line, finish line, and halfway mark on the 5K.

STROLLERS AT THE RACE: If you are participating with a stroller and/or children, we ask that you keep your children with you at all times and that you start from the back of the starting line. This will allow your family members and our other participants a safer race experience.

CANCELLATION STATEMENT:
Your entry fee is non-refundable. This event will occur rain or shine, warm or cold. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be used as a donation to Children's of Alabama. [https://www.childrensal.org/]

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION POLICY:
Your entry fee is non-refundable. Participants can transfer their online registration (Online Only) until March 20, 2026. After March 20, 2026, registrations are non-transferable. WAIVER FORMS:
All 5K Participants must sign a Waiver form in order to receive a wristband to be on the track. Only registered 5K participants will be allowed on the track.
Waivers will need to be signed at packet pickup.
Participants over 21 will also receive an additional wristband for adult beverages that will be available. State-issued ID is required to receive a wristband for 21+ beverages at the post-race hospitality tent.
