Organiser's Description

This is a ride through mostly back roads in the beautiful painted churches area of Texas, with our beneficiary being the Alzheimers Association (via Ride to End ALZ - Texas). We have multiple distances to choose from and a staggered start based on distance. After the ride, there will be popsicles, snacks, and some non-alcoholic beverages. Riders will also get a $5 food voucher that can be used at the nearby (0.9 miles from the start/finish area) annual Sausage Fest, voucher can be used for anything at the festival. Riders are highly encouraged to make their way over to the festival after the ride to enjoy good food, live music, and they can purchase beer and other beverages if desired.

***This is a ride, not a race, there will be no chip-timing (so as maximize money going towards life-extending research) or awards. However, those doing the 62 and 105-mile routes will receive special gifts (above what all riders receive) upon showing us your Strava/Garmin/Wahoo/Etc confirming completion of the route!

Riders are welcome to drop down in distance on ride day free of charge, just make sure you download the correct route (as route arrows can sometimes be moved or vandalized). Riders moving up in distance will need to change their registration and pay the difference in cost (Please be honest and do this, this is for charity y'all!).

The deadline to register is 04/03/2025 at midnight, but the earlier you register, the cheaper the price!
