Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at The Lucky Run, taking place on Sunday, March 15, 2026, in the charming downtown area of Pitman, Gloucester. This annual event, now in its 14th year, is South Jersey's largest Irish-themed 5K and 1-mile race, welcoming up to 500 participants. Kick off the day with the 5K race starting at 9 AM, featuring a chip-timed course that winds through the beautiful neighborhood of Pitman. For the younger runners, the 1-mile kids run begins at 8:40 AM, allowing children aged 14 and under to participate alongside a parent or guardian.
After the races, the celebration continues with lively post-race parties at Merryman's Pub and Bonesaw Brewery, where you can enjoy delicious Irish food, live music from the band "Shamrock Shenanigans," and a DJ spinning Irish tunes. Participants will receive a Lucky Run tee, custom finisher medals, and a drink ticket for a Guinness or craft beer.
