Whether you want to maintain your current running fitness, make your comeback, or get up and get started, this challenge is for you.
Under the professional guidance of Coach Brent Bowers of Black Dog Running Company, you will be challenged to complete 30-35 hours of running workouts in an 8-week period. Brent will suggest proper paces/efforts to enable you along with individualized feedback to help you accomplish your goals.
You will receive access to a private Facebook group and receive in-store and race discounts during the 8 weeks.
If you complete the challenge, you will receive a medal (!!!) and a 50% DISCOUNT off the summer/fall training session at Black Dog Running Company.
