"No Frills" is a price for runners who only care about running a 5K. No shirt, no swagjust run! We will still offer refreshments and water for all runners.
"The "Premium" experience is for the runners who like the swag and shirts. Premium Registration ends early so that we can accommodate the runners.
"No Frills" and "Premium" registrations apply to all runners regardless of age. At Foot Loose Running, we want everyone to RUN
