Hey everyone! Please join F3 RALEIGH [https://f3raleigh.com/] in North Carolina for our 2nd annual week-long virtual activity challenge! We're aiming to log a whopping 5,000 miles together as a group! It's all for a great causeraising awareness about the serious issue of human trafficking right here in Sacramento.
Throughout the week of October 5-11, all participants will track their own miles wherever you want to log them. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or doing your favorite activity, every mile counts towards our goal!
Not only are we spreading awareness, but we're also fundraising for SHIP OUTREACH [https://www.shipoutreach.org/], a nonprofit in Raleigh that supports survivors of human trafficking from our community. The money raised will directly help in their recovery and restoration. Let's make a difference together!

Ship Community Outreach meets immediate needs by providing food and clothing to low income neighbors, giving them dignity through independent low cost grocery shopping, low cost housing, job training and opportunities, health screening and support, and weight training to improve self discipline and self esteem. Ship Community Outreach accomplishes all of this through donations.
Established January of 2021, our Case Resource Management impact and reach has grown rapidly, serving dozens of women who are seeking healing, restoration, and a second chance at a stable life. We work to reach women who are experiencing trauma from being trafficked and to walk alongside them providing for their immediate needs and connecting them to a place where they can find healing and restoration.

F3 IS A NATIONAL NETWORK OF FREE, PEER-LED WORKOUTS FOR MEN. OUR MISSION IS TO PLANT, GROW AND SERVE SMALL WORKOUT GROUPS FOR MEN FOR THE INVIGORATION OF MALE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.
The three Fs in our name stand for FITNESS, FELLOWSHIP AND FAITH the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.
OUR WORKOUTS
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the Q in F3 lingo) does.
THE F3 CREDO IS: LEAVE NO MAN BEHIND, BUT LEAVE NO MAN WHERE YOU FIND HIM.

Join F3 Raleigh for our 2nd annual, week-long virtual activity challenge, benefiting Ship Outreach. This year, we will attempt to log more than 5,000 miles of activity as a group. As sex trafficking is a huge issue all around the world, we have decided to step up and push back the darkness! All participants will track and report their mileage throughout the week, using a GPS tracking app/device (Apple Watch, Samsung Watch, Strava, MapMyRun, etc). Together, we will log more than 24,901 combined miles of running, walking, cycling, swimming, rucking, bear-crawling or whatever your favorite activity is!
