DISTANCE: 5K with 4 BodyWeight Hero exercise stations; 1 every 3/4 mile
FORMAT: Teams of 2 or 3 people (no solo competitors)
BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES: Stations include push-ups, squats, lunges, burpees, planks, jumping jacks. Each team performs the exercise at each station before moving forward.
LEVEL: All exercises will be scalable to accommodate various fitness levels. All levels welcome.
TIMING: This is not a timed event.
