This month, were lacing up our sneakers, stepping into the sunshine, and walking with a purposeto raise awareness for Lyme disease and support those affected by it. Every step you take helps shine a light on this often misunderstood illness. Whether youre strolling, strutting, or speed-walking your way through May, join us in making every step count. Lets get moving, get talking, and most importantlyget ticked off for a good cause!
The Goal: Walk as much as you can during the month of May! Aim for 10,000 steps a dayor whatever pace gets you motivated and moving. Every step matters.
Team Up or Go Solo: You can join as an individual or create a team with friends, family, or coworkers. Bonus points for team names with great puns!
Prizes: Well have fun prizes for the top stepper, most creative team name, and best Lyme awareness outfit (yes, we see you in that neon green).
Tracking: Use your favorite fitness tracker or smartphone app to log your steps. (Tracking is done manually through your account)
