Ticonderoga Triathlon Festival

Get ready for an exhilarating day of athleticism and camaraderie at the Ticonderoga Triathlon Festival, taking place on Saturday, June 14th, 2025, in the stunning town of Ticonderoga, Essex. This vibrant, sixth-year event showcases the beauty of the region, featuring a thrilling lineup of races including Sprint and Olympic triathlons, as well as an Aquabike competition. Participants will dive into the crystal-clear waters of Lake George for a 750m swim, followed by a scenic yet challenging 12-mile bike ride through moderate hills, capped off with a picturesque 5K run along the lake's shoreline.

Athletes can choose to tackle the Double TI, where they race both the Sprint and Olympic distances back-to-back, or join as part of a relay team. Paratriathletes are warmly welcomed, making this event truly inclusive.
