The Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) is a powerful tribute to 1st Lt. Travis Manion, USMC. The workout aims to bring together veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians to honor one of our nations many heroes. This event is hosted by CrossFit gyms, GORUCK clubs, and fitness centers nationwide, and can also be completed virtually from any location.
This challenging workout serves as an annual reminder to push harder, go further, and grow stronger in honor of those who have sacrificed their lives for our freedoms.
