This uplifting family-friendly event is dedicated to benefiting Black women facing breast cancer treatment, with all proceeds going to support vital programming at Cancer Bridges.
Although the event has transitioned to a virtual format, participants are encouraged to take a walk or run in their own neighborhoods, advocating for health equity and raising awareness about the disparities in cancer treatment experienced by the Black community in Pittsburgh. Whether you participate as an individual for $25 or gather a family/team of up to 12 for $75, your involvement will help enhance the support available to African American clients battling breast cancer. Let's come together to make a difference and promote health equity on this important day!

The 3rd Annual Together for Breast Cancer Treatment and Support event is a family event hosted by Cancer Bridges and the Cultural Humility & Equity Collaborative to benefit Black women in breast cancer treatment. All proceeds go to programming at Cancer Bridges' to support African American clients so they can continue to serve and care for our community. This event seeks to promote interest convergence on the issue of cancer treatment and to bring awareness to health disparities in Pittsburgh for Black women and to support health equity.
This event has shifted to a virtual format. Take time on Monday Sept. 22nd to take a walk/run in support of this worthy cause to address disparities in health outcomes for friends and neighbors here in Pittsburgh.
